A declaration filed by Georgia’s top investigator for the Secretary of State’s Office says it was overflowing urinal — not a pipe burst — that caused Fulton County to stop counting at the State Farm Arena on Election night.
The declaration also claims no county officials told partisan observers or the media to leave; however, this appears conflicts with numerous reports from Election night.
