Moments ago, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed a motion, asking the Supreme Court to allow Arizona to file a “friend of the court” brief.
In the motion, Arizona says it will intervene but limit its arguments to two points because it is currently facing other litigation.
Arizona says it will assert that election integrity is an important issue and the Court should decide the case quickly.
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich released the following statement via Twitter, calling the last-minute rule changes in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia “troubling.”
