PHOENIX — Dr. Kelli Ward, chairwoman of the Arizona Republican Party said she is bringing an appeal to the United States Supreme Court.
Dr. Ward’s lawsuit was rejected by the Arizona Supreme Court earlier this week. This is despite the fact that an audit by Arizona Republicans found a statically significant amount of irregularities.
Dr. Ward argues Republicans’ Due Process rights were violated. Among other things, she asserts the trial judge set unrealistic deadlines by giving Republicans only three days to examine some 3 million ballots.
In a released video, Chairwoman Ward said she will continue the “good fight” all the way to the Supreme Court.
