BREAKING: Wisconsin Federal Court Tosses Trump Lawsuit

12/12/20 | 3:35 PM ET

GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN — A Wisconsin federal court dismissed with prejudice President’s Trump election lawsuit today.

“This is an extraordinary case. A sitting president who did not prevail in his bid for reelection has asked for federal court help in setting aside the popular vote based on disputed issues of election administration, issues he plainly could have raised before the vote occurred,” Judge Brett Ludwig wrote.

A dismissal with prejudice means the plaintiff is forbidden from filing another lawsuit based on the same grounds.

  1. Justice from a court in Wisconsin??? Raise questions about how the election was run before it happens? We are securely in the hands on monumental stupidity. Yep. That’s Wisconsin

  2. I am ashamed that I live in a crooked State. Three cities, Milwaukee, Madison and Green Bay, voted for Biden, the rest of the State did not. Somewhere in the wee hours of the morning thousands of votes were tallied for Biden even though the polls were closed. We will continue seeking justice in the most crooked election this Country has ever seen. The cheating was caught, but the courts refuse to do what is right. None of them want to be the one to do right thing and step up and throw out the fraudulent votes. The whole Country will suffer for what happened here.
