WASHINGTON — The United States Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a Colorado church seeking to block the state from enforcing COVID-capacity restrictions on worship services.
The Court ordered the case to be sent back down to a lower court with instructions to consider the case in light of the Supreme Court’s recent decision, which held that Governor Andrew Cuomo’s COVID restrictions on churches was unconstitutional.
