Lin Wood suing to halt Georgia Senate race, calls on Trump to impose martial law

December 16, 2020

Georgia Attorney Lin Wood joined radio host John Fredricks on the John Fredricks Radio show today.

Wood said he is filing a new lawsuit to bring a halt to the Georgia Senate runoff races. Wood said the fraud in the January 5 Georgia Senate runoff races will be worse than the fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

Lin told Fredricks that voters are in a war with “Communist China” and the “globalists.” Wood said if he were Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, he would pack his bag and get ready for the “federal penitentiary.”

Wood accused the Georgia officials of conspiring with foreign government to interfere in the 2020 election. Wood called on President Trump to impose martial law and send troops to Georgia. Wood said the US military needs to take over operation of the state government in Georgia.

When asked about how the Supreme Court should rule on the pending election litigation, Wood predicted “violence in the streets” no matter what happens. Wood said the court should follow the law and overturn the results.
