BREAKING: Trump advisory says campaign to investigate Wisconsin voters who falsely claimed “indefinitely confined”
Epshteyn said the Wisconsin Supreme Court left open a “window” that the Trump campaign will “drive a truck through.”
In a 4-3 decision, the Wisconsin Supreme Court dismissed President Trump’s lawsuit seeking to invalidate roughly 220,00 votes in Dane and Milwaukee counties.
The opinion, which was released this morning, says local elections officials were wrong to suggest that voters could claim the status of “indefinitely confined” based on COVID-19. The majority decision also held that if voters falsely claimed they were indefinitely confined “their ballots would not count.”
Earlier today, a Wisconsin federal judge tossed President Trump’s election lawsuit. Moments ago, Trump’s legal Team filed a notice with the court, signaling their intention to appeal the decision to the United States 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

MILWAUKEE — Wisconsin State Reserve Judge Stephen A. Simanek issued a ruling from the bench, affirming the certification of the presidential results from two Wisconsin counties.
The Milwaukee County Circuit Court will hear Donald J. Trump et al v. Joseph R. Biden et al with Reserve Judge Stephen A. Simanek presiding. Case #2020CV007092 (consolidated with Dane County Circuit Court Case #2020CV2514).
