In response to COVID-19, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services passed a dine-in ban for bars and restaurants, which is set to expire on Dec. 9.
Dave Morris, the owner of D&R Daily Grind, interrupted a live TV broadcast to express his frustration. Morris said he is tired of restrictions putting businesses like his in danger of closing.
